• Sigmoid colon
• Cecum
Symptoms
• Sudden severe pain
• Distension
• Vomiting
• Shock (if advanced)
Diagnosis
• CT scan
• X-ray (“coffee bean sign”)
Treatment
• Endoscopic decompression
• Surgery
