This page explains how Facebook users can request deletion of their data collected by Gut Wellness App.
Automatic Deletion (Recommended)
If you want to delete your data associated with Your App Name, you can do this directly from Facebook:
- Go to Facebook > Settings & privacy > Settings.
- Select Security and login or Apps and Websites (depending on your version).
- Find Your App Name in the list of apps.
- Click Remove or Delete.
When you remove the app, Facebook will send us a request and we will delete your associated data from our systems within 7 days.
Manual Deletion Request
You can also request deletion manually by contacting us:

Please include your Facebook name and the email address associated with your Facebook account. We will remove your data from our records within 7 days and confirm once done.
What Data Is Deleted?
When we process a data deletion request, we delete all personally identifiable information associated with your Facebook login from our databases, including:
- Facebook user ID
- Name and profile information we stored
- Any app-specific data tied to your Facebook account
